We’re excited to introduce an 11U Delwood tournament team for Spring 2026! By this age, some kids have been playing for several years and developed strong foundational skills. This team provides the opportunity for faster gameplay, more tournaments, and a higher level of competition for those who want it—while still staying connected to Delwood’s values and community.
Rec will always remain our priority, providing the flexible, fun, development-focused environment—and lighter time commitment—that many families prefer.
The tournament team simply adds another pathway, helping every player find the level of play that best fits their stage of development and interests. For some, that will be the flexible pace of rec; for others, it may be the added intensity of tournament play.
This approach reflects what surrounding leagues already offer, ensuring Delwood continues to meet families where they are, while keeping our community at the center.
Tryout Info
Tryouts will be open to all eligible players, and the final roster will have 11-12 athletes total.
Families can expect a higher time and financial commitment for players on the team: approx. 8 tournaments (one every other weekend) and an estimated cost of $700–$900 to cover Delwood fees, tournament fees, uniforms, umpire fees, and more.
Travel will be local, with tournaments taking place in Austin and surrounding areas only.
