Concessions on Game Day
Our concession stand depends on volunteers throughout the season. Sign up for a shift during one of our home game days and help us create a great experience for Delwood players and families.
Volunteers help with checkout, stock shelves, pop fresh popcorn, and sell Delwood merchandise. No experience is necessary, and every shift makes a big difference!
Join a Committee
Delwood is a 100% volunteer-run organization, and we rely on community members like you to keep everything moving.
If you’re interested in getting more involved, our committees offer many meaningful ways to support Delwood. These are not board positions. They’re flexible, lower-commitment opportunities, with responsibilities shared among committee members.
Submit the form below if you’re interested.
League Operations Committee
Help coordinate the essential details that keep each season running smoothly. Opportunities include:
- Scheduling – Coordinate game and/or practice schedules
- Uniforms – Order and distribute uniforms
- Umpire Coordination – Recruit and schedule umpires
Fundraising Committee
Support facility improvements by seeking local business sponsors, individual donors, and grants, helping with donor thank you notes, and contributing ideas for creative fundraising. Experience with grant writing or asking for donations is a plus, but anyone can pitch in!
Field and Facilities Committee
Help support the board with maintenance, safety, and improvements to Delwood’s grounds, fields and buildings. Anyone is welcome, and it’s especially helpful if you have experience in construction, landscaping, or general maintenance.
Marketing and Communications Committee
Use your creative or tech skills to keep our community informed and engaged. Whether it’s graphic design, photography, video highlights, creating social media content, or helping with website updates, there are many ways to contribute.
Concessions Committee
Help contribute ideas and strategies to grow concession offerings and make operations more efficient. Support with stocking and selling on some game days and help keep the concession area organized.
Interested in joining one of these committees? We’d love to hear from you!
