- Scheduler – coordinates game and/or practice schedules
- Uniform Coordinator – order and distribute uniforms

There are several committees that help keep Delwood running strong. These are not board roles and you can help as much or as little as your schedule allows. Submit the form below if you’re interested.
70th Anniversary Special Committee
2026 marks Delwood’s 70th year, and we’re forming a small team to create fun, memorable ways to celebrate this big milestone. We’re looking for all kinds of skills—event ideas, organizing activities, community outreach, and more.
Fundraising Committee
Support facility improvements by seeking local business sponsors, individual donors, and grants, helping with donor thank you notes, and contributing ideas for creative fundraising. Experience with grant writing or asking for donations is a plus, but anyone can pitch in!
Field and Facilities Committee
Help support the board with maintenance, safety, and improvements to Delwood’s grounds, fields and buildings. Anyone is welcome, and it’s especially helpful if you have experience in construction, landscaping, or general maintenance.
Marketing and Communications Committee
Use your creative or tech skills to keep our community informed and engaged. Whether it’s graphic design, photography, video highlights, creating social media content, or helping with website updates, there are many ways to contribute.
Concessions Committee
Help contribute ideas and strategies to grow concession offerings and make operations more efficient. Support with stocking and selling on some game days and help keep the concession area organized.
